Project Brief
Chaty is a multichannel chat button widget that lets website visitors contact a business through their preferred messaging apps, supporting 20 plus channels such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, email, and phone.

Problem Statement
Businesses want more conversations, but visitors hate friction. Chaty needed a simple setup and a lightweight widget experience that increases contact clicks without distracting from the site, while still giving admins control over channels, messaging, and display rules.

Too many channel choices can overwhelm users if the widget lacks clear hierarchy and defaults.

Setup friction reduces adoption, small businesses need to launch fast without technical steps.

Solution
The experience was designed to feel invisible until it is needed. The UI prioritizes quick setup, clear channel ordering, and a predictable visitor interaction so users tap once and immediately continue the conversation in the chosen app.
