Project Brief

Stan Store is an all in one creator storefront that turns a single link into a complete monetization system. Creators can sell digital products, coaching, courses, and memberships through a mobile first storefront with a fast checkout. My goal was to design a product experience that helps creators launch quickly, convert more buyers, and scale operations with clear dashboards and simple management tools.

Problem Statement

Creator monetization breaks when setup feels confusing, checkout feels risky, or managing orders becomes messy. Stan needed a product UX that reduces time to launch, improves purchase confidence on mobile, and gives creators visibility into what is selling and why.

Problem 1

New creators need to publish a storefront fast, but unclear steps, too many settings, and weak guidance create drop off before launch.

Problem 2

Buyers decide in seconds. If the offer page and checkout do not feel simple and trustworthy, conversion drops and creators lose momentum.

Problem 3

As sales grow, creators need clean order and customer management plus analytics that highlight what to improve, without turning the product into a complicated admin tool.

Solution

The experience was designed around one outcome: turn attention into transactions with minimal effort. The product flow prioritizes guided setup, conversion focused storefront pages, and a lightweight creator dashboard that supports daily operations and long term growth.

Solution 1

A clear path from account setup to first product to publish, with visible progress and simple defaults so creators reach a shareable link faster.

Solution 2

Offer pages and checkout were treated as the core product surface, with strong hierarchy, clear CTAs, and friction reduction to increase purchase completion.

Solution 3

A clean admin experience for products, orders, customers, and performance insights so creators can operate and iterate without feeling overwhelmed.
